Water views from all 3 levels! The main level includes the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. A large wrap around deck with an outdoor dining table and gas grill is located off the main level. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a separate full bath in the hallway next to the kitchen. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed, desk and chair, and small private balcony overlooking the lake. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Both upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with a double vanity, shower, and garden tub. The basement has another living area with a pullout queen sleeper sofa, small dining table, and ping pong table. Board games and a gaming console are located downstairs. There is also a half bath downstairs. The washer and dryer are located downstairs in an unfinished room. A covered patio is located off the basement as well that leads to a grassy area. Outside there is a bonfire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs and market lighting. A designated astroturf lawn game area is nestled among trees to play cornhole, kan jam, bocce ball and other fun games in the shade. There are standup paddleboards on the private dock with 2 Adironadack chairs and a swim ladder for use. A canoe, floating water pad, and life jackets are also available for use.
